Bug Reports

If you have found a bug in the PalOMoney software, or think you have, this is the place for you. Please read the existing posts first for workarounds. You can also check the Wiki. If you cannot find a post on your bug, post a message here, and someone will respond ASAP. You can also check out the Issue Tracker (registration required) to see how your bug is doing.

In your post, please indicate your operating system, Microsoft Money version (Help About), PalOMoney version, and the severity of the bug, plus any steps you can take to reproduce the bug.

It is especially important to deal with any issues of suspected data loss. Although this has never happened so far, there will be a time when a user opens a file, and finds it is corrupted. Although it is unlikely that this was caused by the PalOMoney software itself, please report it as a bug.

You can also post messages regarding bugs in Microsoft Money itself. There are plenty of them. These posts may be moved to a new MS Money Bug forum in the future.
