The forum is now mostly functional. We are using a 'Support' folder to provide early support services in lieu of a more complex support ticket system, in part so that everyone can benefit from previous experiences and solutions. The forum moderators will move posts on obsolete issues into an archive folder. Private messages can be sent to forum members if privacy or sensitivity is a concern.
